Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of JotDoodle, the website at jotdoodle.us and the app at app.jotdoodle.us, made by Comp Edge Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you use JotDoodle for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

Early access

JotDoodle is in early access and is free to use for now. Features, limits and plans may change while we build it. Before any paid plan starts, we will tell you what it costs, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up, keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

You own the brand details, text and images you put into JotDoodle and the posts you make with it. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the AI services described in our Privacy Policy. Only upload logos, photos and other material you have the right to use.

AI-generated content

JotDoodle uses AI to write copy and generate images. AI output can be wrong, can repeat common phrases, and can look like existing work. Review every post before you publish it. You are responsible for what you post, including making sure it is accurate and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use JotDoodle to:

• break the law, or create content that is fraudulent, defamatory, hateful or harassing;
• create sexual content involving minors, or sexual content of real people without their consent;
• impersonate a person or business, or infringe a copyright or trademark;
• send spam, or try to break, overload or get around the limits or security of the service.

The AI services we use have their own content rules, and requests that break them may be refused. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep JotDoodle running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change or stop features. Keep your own copies of finished posts you care about. If we ever shut JotDoodle down, we will give you notice so you can download your work.

No warranty

JotDoodle is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of JotDoodle. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for JotDoodle in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using JotDoodle at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes too, and anything significant will be announced in the app before it takes effect. Using JotDoodle after that means you accept the new terms.
